Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga with Mary is an effective practice of improving your physical fitness by building physical strength, stability as well as balance and flexibility. It s also a great practice for alleviating stress, this class is suitable for beginners, seniors and yoga enthusiasts.

Cardio Strength
Cardio strength with Marsha is a full body conditioning class using steps, barbells, free weight and body weight exercises. A different approach every class!

Fab, Fit & Strong
Fab, Fit & Strong is a 45-minute step class with a mix of weights & cardio. Each class combines cardio and strength training to work your entire body, whilst building strength and also improving your cardiovascular health.
